FORT MYERS, Fla.-- Police are investigating another shooting in Fort Myers that happend on Friday morning. This is the third shooting in the city this week.
Police say the shooting happened at Sunrise Towers at 2825 Central Avenue just after 2:30 a.m. Police said Antonio Crews had a non-life threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital. Fort Myers Police are looking for the alleged shooter. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.
Police have learned that Crews was in his car in the parking lot of the Sunrise Towers apartment complex when another car pulled up next to him. Shots were fired and police have identified the suspect in the case and are looking for him.
