IMMOKALEE, Fla.-  The Salvation Army of Collier County will accept Thanksgiving and Christmas assistance applications between October 4 and October 24. This year there are two locations with different dates.

In Immokalee, it will accept applications on Thursday, October 4th and Friday, October 5th from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Applications are accepted at 2050 Commerce Ave in Immokalee.  Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until 500 applications are completed.

The next event is in Naples from Monday, October 22nd through Wednesday, October 24th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Applications are accepted at 3170 Estey Avenue, Naples. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis until 1,500 applications are completed.

Applicants need to bring a photo ID, proof of child's age, and child's clothing and shoe sizes.
