FORT MYERS, Fla.- On Tuesday, October 2, the Fort Myers Police Department’s Violent Crimes Task Force arrested two people and seized drugs and a gun from their car.
Officers pulled the driver over after seeing a traffic violation. With help from a K-9, officers seized one Glock 9mm, 82 grams of marijuana, 4 grams of cocaine, MDMA, Heroin, Alprazolam, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Hydromorphone and $1,008 in cash.
Patricia Webb, 40, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of heroin, possession of Alprazolam with intent to sell, possession of Ecstasy (MDMA) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Girard Battles, 36, was also arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of heroin, possession of Alprazolam with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Ecstasy (MDMA), possession of Oxycodone, possession of Hydrocodone, possession of Hydromorphone and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
