FMPD says 19th homicide of the year was unrelated to others

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Investigators are calling the Fort Myers' 19th homicide of the year manslaughter and they say it was unrelated to any previous homicides.
Jontavius Kevon Carter was shot in the torso early Saturday morning at the Westwood Apartments.
Family members brought the 20-year-old victim to Lee Memorial Hospital and police were alerted.
Police are working to identify suspects.
