Fort Myers, Fla. -- On Saturday, September 29, Vice President Biden will continue his tour through Florida with a grassroots event in Fort Myers at the Wa-Ke Hatchee Park Recreation Center. Vice President Biden will discuss the choice in this election between two fundamentally different visions of how to grow the economy, create middle-class jobs and restore middle-class economic security, including ensuring the basic bargain of programs like Medicare and Social Security remain strong for today's seniors and for future generations.
Doors open at 9:30 AM. Biden is expected to speak at 11:40 AM. The event is free and open to the public, but you must have a ticket to get in the door.
