Escaped Desoto inmate back in custody

DESOTO COUNTY, Fla.- An inmate is back in custody after escaping from the Desoto County Jail Friday afternoon.
The suspect, 20-year-old Tyler Ray Carlan, fled while still in handcuffs.
Carlan was arrested in July on charges of burglary, grand theft and providing false information to in order to pawn items.
