LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Theresa Shirley was in court Thursday morning to learn her punishment for a deadly crash on the Sanibel causeway.

Shirley told investigators she fell asleep behind the wheel, when she hit and killed Tracey Kleinpell last year. She was not charged, but was given a traffic citation.

Thursday, the judge handed down the maximum penalty by revoking Shirley's license for six months, ordering her to pay a fine and also to do community service.
