NAPLES, Fla.- Governor Rick Scott returned to his hometown of Naples Tuesday morning to cast his ballot.

The Governor put in his vote at the Saint Ann Jubilee Center in Naples. WINK News was there as the Governor made his decision.

After voting he stopped to remind voters how important today is.

"I hope everybody that is registered to vote today gets out and votes. It's a very important day. A lot of people have worked hard in these races," Governor Scott said.

This afternoon, Governor Scott is headed over to Fort Lauderdale for meetings.
