CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Cape Coral Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred this morning at 10:15 a.m. at the 5/3 Bank, located at 1801 NE Pine Island Road.
A white, male suspect walked into the bank and handed the teller a note implying that he had a gun, although no gun was displayed. The teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money and he fled from the bank on foot.
The suspect is described as a tanned, white male in his late 20’s. He is 5’9- 5’10, 160lbs- 170lbs. He was wearing a red shirt, long black shorts and a black knit cap. The cap is a FOX Racing beanie.
