COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Eddy Legrand, 57, was arrested after allegedly biting an employee at the David Lawrence Center on Tuesday.

According to reports, the victim was helping the suspect move from one area to another and was holding his left arm. Witnesses advised that at some point, the suspect turned and bit Tyler on his right arm causing the skin to break and bruise.

After the suspect provided officers with his name and date of birth, he advised that he wanted to go to jail.

Legrand is now facing charges of aggravated battery.
