Biden to address police organization in Fla.

MANALAPAN, Fla. (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden is in Florida to address a group of law enforcement officials.
Biden is set to appear Monday morning in Manalapan, near Palm Beach, where he's speaking to the annual convention of the National Association of Police Organizations.
The speech is at the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach, where President Obama spent the night during his visit to the state last week.
