FORT PIERCE, Fla. (AP) - Police in Fort Pierce are investigating a shooting that injured four people, including a 12-year-old.
Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers (http://bit.ly/P0gbrs ) reports the shooting happened Sunday night at the Madison Cay Apartments in Fort Pierce. Police were called to the site just before 9 p.m. and found four injured people.
Police spokesman Dennis McWilliams says three victims were taken to a Fort Pierce hospital. The child was flown to St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach.
No further details were immediately available.
