FORT MYERS, Fla.- President Obama's staff has chosen the Harborside Convention Center for his campaign rally on Friday.
President Obama will continue a two-day tour across Florida and make a stop at Harborside Event Center. The President plans to discuss "how to grow the economy from the middle out and not the top down, create strong and secure middle-class jobs, and responsibly pay down the nation’s debt," according to Obama For America.
The event is free and open to the public. Doors will open at 9am on Friday.
Tickets are required, due to limited space, and will be available to the public starting on a first come, first serve basis on Wednesday, starting at 12:00 p.m. at the locations below.
*OFA-Florida Fort Myers Office, at 1716 Fowler Street in Fort Myers
*Democratic Executive Committee Collier County Office, at 13040 Livingston Road, Suite 2 in Naples
*OFA-Florida Collier County Office, at Golden Gate Parkway Suite 2 in Naples
President Obama’s visit to Florida will also include campaign events in Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, and Orlando.
