SANFORD, Fla. (AP) - A central Florida woman died in an early-morning house fire.
The Orlando Sentinel (http://bit.ly/Nxb5CF ) reports the home was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived just before 4 a.m. Friday.
Sanford police spokesman Dave Morgenstern says one person was able to escape the fire. Police have not released the name of the victim who was found dead inside.
Fire investigators and police continue to investigate.
No further details were immediately available.
