Cape Coral experiences flooding on Diplomat Pkwy

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- The City of Cape Coral reported flooding on Diplomat Parkway, between Chiquita and El Dorado on Friday afternoon.
Drivers should avoid the area at this time.
