FORT MYERS, Fla.- Convicted killer Brian Casey was back in court Tuesday, this time, for the death of Larrick Sikes. Just last week, Casey was convicted of a separate killing, the murder of South Fort Myers salesman Ryan Vanderson.

A jury found the 39-year-old guilty of shooting Vanderson on October 15, 2010 and then setting his body on fire. The five-day trial was dotted with dramatic outbursts from the defendant, capping with Casey punching his own support council in the face, in front of the jury.

Tuesday, Casey was back in front of the same judge, concerning a murder taking place just five days after Vanderson's killing.

Brian Casey's accused of killing Larrick Sikes, and then dumping his body off Luckett Road extension. An arrest report detailed the killing, saying a zip-tie was used to strangle Sikes.

Sikes' body was then set on fire, the same method, prosecuters say Casey used to conceal Vanderson's murder.

Casey will be back in court for another pre-trial hearing in late July.
