HUDSON, Fla. (AP) - A suspected serial rapist faces additional charges after a fourth victim has accused him of taking her to the woods and raping her at gunpoint.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office says 38-year-old Tommy Garcia has been in jail since Thursday. Authorities say the rapes happened earlier this month and in December.
The Tampa Bay Times (http://bit.ly/wJJLSc ) reports one victim got a partial license plate number which helped detectives track Garcia. Victims then picked him out of a lineup.
Garcia is charged with four counts of sexual battery with a deadly weapon and two counts of kidnapping. He is in the Pasco County Jail, where bond has been set at $1.6 million.
Jail records did not list an attorney for Garcia.
