Shooting victim refuses to say a word

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- Charlotte County Sheriff’s Major Crimes detectives report the man who was brought to a Port Charlotte hospital Saturday night, still refuses to tell them how or where the shooting occurred.
Terrance Lamont Lewis Jr., 22, of Port Charlotte, was dropped off at the Peace River Regional Medical Center Emergency Room shortly after 11 p.m. by an unknown person. MCU detectives say Lewis is uncooperative and offering no information about how he was shot in the upper thigh area. Lewis was admitted to the hospital following surgery.
