NAPLES, Fla -- The project to honor the people killed when Flight 93 went down on September 11, 2001 is now in the hands of a Naples lawyer.

Phase one of the National Flight 93 Memorial was dedicated last year. Now, Patrick White, who lost his cousin that day, talks about making sure the victims of 9/11 are never forgotten.

The office of Naples Attorney Patrick White is filled with memorabilia from Flight 93. He even has a piece of the plane that crashed on this Shanksville Pennsylvania field on 9/11.

White's cousin, Louis "Joey" Nacke II was on that plane. "The thing that is unique about Fligth 93 is it was the flight that fought back, it was the flight that gave us hope that day," says White.

Now White is the president of the Families of Flight 93, a group who's mission is to complete the memorial.

"There isn't a day that goes by that there isn't something to do and I believe my role as President, the challenge, is going to be a big one," White said.

Phase two and three will be called the Tower of Voices. It will consist of a 93 foot tower with 40 individually tuned chimes; one for each person that died on Flight 93.

"It is in our opinion the perfect balance of something that makes a statement, but it's something that does it in such an understated way," White said.

Every single day, White thinks about September 11, Flight 93, and his cousin Joey. There's a piece of that day that will always be with him and that's what keeps him determined to finish the memorial.

"I think it's something Joey would be very proud of," White said.

There is a visitor center and a pathway to the site that is set to be completed in 2014. White hopes that the Tower of Voices will be complete in time for the 15th anniversary in 2016.
