COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Mark Tipps was arrested on Tuesday after stealing and cashing checks from a 90-year-old disabled man, whom he had cleaned for.

Tipps was a housekeeper through his sister's business, M.J.'s Home Care, when he was hired to clean the victim's house.

Tipps made two of the three checks the he stole payable to himself and then cashed them. The victim called the Collier County Sheriff's Office when he noticed the checks had been cashed in Tipps' name. Wells Fargo Bank had surveillance footage of Tipps doing so and had also recorded Tipps' drivers license number onto each check.

Tipps was charged with two counts of uttering forged checks and one count of grand theft.
