FORT MYERS, Fla.- On Friday, the Fort Myers Police Department conducted an investigation at 3727 Fairview Avenuein response to several citizen complaints about ongoing drug activity at the home. Police seized cocaine, marijuana, a Ruger .357 revolver, Chart Arms .22 long handgun, Arms Sport .38 caliber revolver, and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia. Police arrested the following people:
Jardan Battle, 24, of Fort Myers, was arrested for three counts of sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school, three counts of possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana under twenty grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tony Battle, 30, of Fort Myers, was arrested for sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school and possession of cocaine.
Bobby Satchel, 30, of Fort Myers, was arrested for possession of marijuana under twenty grams.
Police also arrested the following people as a result of the investigation:
Freddie Dillard, 39, of Fort Myers, was arrested for sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school and possession of cocaine.
Edwin Hamilton, 50, of Fort Myers, was arrested for two counts of sale of cocaine within 1000 feet of a school and two counts of possession of cocaine.
