Tampa man sentenced in Charlotte Co. bank robberies

PUNTA GORDA, Fla.- A Tampa man will spend almost 25 years in prison for robbing two Charlotte County banks.
The federal government sentenced Kevin Stone Tuesday. He pled guilty to the robberies in October. Stone admitted to stealing from the R.B.C. bank in Port Charlotte in 2010. He also robbed the Suncoast Credit Union in Punta Gorda in 2011.
