LEE COUNTY, Fla.- On Wednesday, 19-year-old Patrick B. McCray Jr., an employee of Polo Ralph Lauren, was arrested for coordinating others' retail thefts to the tune of over $3,000.

On several occassions, the suspect would ring up items and void the transactions afterward, ring up only one item and give the rest in the transaction to the customer for free, or simply remove the security tags and bag the items.

The transactions were being flagged in the system. The store manager and district manager of asset protection investigated multiple incidents of this nature, confirming what McCray had been doing.
