Fire departments combine efforts to battle boat fire

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- A call came into the Bonita Springs Fire Department around noon in regards to an anchored boat on fire on the east side of Big Carlos Pass.
All of the passengers are safe and no one was injured.
Several fire departments worked to put out the fire on the 43-foot vessel, using water and foam. There were 500 gallons of fuel on board, which was the main concern.
