FORT MYERS, Fla.- The Lee County Sheriff's Office had said they would start arresting Occupy Fort Myers protesters who were not leaving the old county courthouse by 5 p.m. on Friday. 

Officers said the protesters had to at least be packing up and moving out by that time.

Demonstrators seemed to be complying and by 4:45 p.m., were  breaking down tents and planning on moving to the Unitarian Universalist Church.

Lee County Sheriff, Mike Scott, and officers arrived by 5:15 p.m.
