TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Police say three Occupy Tampa protestors have been arrested after an officer was pushed at Curtis Hixon Park.

The incident happened early Friday morning as a Tampa police officer responded to a call about protestors sleeping in two tents in the park.

Charges range from battery on a police officer to interfering with a police investigation.

No further details were immediately available.

Police have told protestors they can't sleep in the downtown Tampa park, or block sidewalks.
