ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Orlando police arrested two Occupy protesters overnight on a trespass charge for failing to leave a park where demonstrators have been stationed for almost two weeks.
Police officers arrested 22-year-old Michael Altfield and 20-year-old Hannah Jones early Thursday. Each was charged with a single count of trespassing on property after receiving a warning.
Police officers say they warned a group of protesters sitting in a park in front of the Chamber of Commerce building that they must leave. Everyone left the park but Altfield and Jones.
Altfield and Jones did not immediately return phone calls.
