PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - Charlotte County Sheriff's Narcotics Unit detectives obtained a search warrant Friday and raided a known drug house at 10 a.m. at 209 Stebbins Terrace in Port Charlotte. Six people were in the home when detectives, assisted by members of the Street Crimes Unit, arrested them. During the raid, two vehicles came to the home supplying more drugs and three more were arrested for a total of nine arrests.
 
Narcotics detectives say the home has been under observation for selling Cocaine from the residence. No one would answer the door when they served the search warrant; the front door was breached to gain entry. Detectives learned that drug suppliers were expected soon. At 12:50 p.m. a Dodge pulled into the driveway, two men got out and knocked on the door. A detective opened the door; the surprised men attempted to run to their car but were arrested.
 
At 2 p.m., a Kia came into the driveway; a woman got out, walked to the front door and saw two detectives and replied, "Oh! She attempted to get back to her car but was also arrested.
 
In the home, detectives located Crack Cocaine, Oxycodone, several pipes, 17 burnt pieces of Brillo, metal push rods, plastic baggies, and cut straws; most of which tested positive for Cocaine.
 
Arrested in the home at 10 a.m. were:

Arrested at 12:50 p.m. (Dodge) were:
Wesley Petiphar, 24, Davenport, Florida
Jerry Jerome Browdy, 38, Wauchula, Florida
In the vehicle detectives found $1,800 in cash, Crack Cocaine, Oxycodone, Hydromorphone, Alprazolm and Percocet.
 
Arrested at 2 p.m. (Kia) was:
Jill Paige Avery, 21, Zolpho Springs
In the vehicle detectives found $2,414 in cash, Percocet, Vicodin, Doxycyline Hyclate and Marijuana.
 
Carlton, Danaiels, Wilson, Burbank, Armitage and Magnuson were all charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia. Daniels was also charged with Possession of Opiates, and Wilson with Possession of Oxycodone.
 
Avery was charged with Trafficking in Percocet, Trafficking in Vicodin, Possession of Vicodin, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia, Possession of Drugs Without a Prescription, and Resisting Arrest. Potiphar was charged with Possession of Cocaine, Oxycodone, Percocet, Hydromorphone, Alprazolam, marijuana and Narcotics Paraphernalia.
