ENGLEWOOD, Fla.- UPDATE:The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office is cancelling the lookout for missing adult female Dianna Ziarnicki who was last seen on 9-1-11 at her residence located at 9167 Anita Av in Englewood, Florida.

On September 4, at approximately 6:49p.m. the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office received a call from the missing woman’s son who stated that he located his mother’s vehicle, a beige Infinity, driving on Gulfstream in Englewood not far from her home. The son followed his mother’s car until a deputy was able to stop the vehicle on San Casa. Contact was made with Dianna Ziarnicki who advised she was in good health and was safe.

INITIAL REPORT: The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office is looking for an Englewood woman who is listed as a Missing Endangered Adult. Dianna M. Ziarnicki, 51, 9167 Anita Avenue, was last seen by her family around 3:00 p.m. Thursday. When her husband returned home around 5:30 his wife of 28 years was not there and her car was gone. He called CCSO at 5:37 p.m. and the search began and continues.

A BOLO was issued to all units and surrounding county law enforcement agencies. Places where she frequented were checked, including area hospitals, hotels, and beach areas, but she has not been located.

Detectives said Mrs. Ziarnicki reportedly has been depressed lately. Her car is described as a 1995 gold in colorInfinity J30with Florida tag432-VST.
