TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - The U.S. Labor Department says Florida last week had the biggest drop in applications for unemployment benefits of any state. They were down by 2,580 due to fewer layoffs in agriculture, manufacturing, construction, services and retail.  The numbers will be released at 10 a.m. Friday morning.
