CAPE CORAL, Fla.- The Dixie Roadhouse, a new country-themed party bar, opens next month and is looking for roughly 60 employees.

They're located on Southeast 47th Terrace at the old Bamboo Night Club and job interviews are being held there. The bar is looking for bartenders, waitresses, cashiers among other positions.

Round one of the job interview process is unique; applicants need to bring a photograph and instead of filling out a traditional application, they are given a blank piece of paper to describe themselves and why they should work at the Dixie Roadhouse.

Applicants can also apply via Facebook. On the Dixie Roadhouse page, applicants can describe themselves and if they get 30 people to "like" their status and the page. This will automatically move the applicant to round two of the interview process.

In all, there are three rounds of interviews and an audition, where potential employees are put to the test.

The General Manager of the bar says they want to hire the best of the best and personality is very important. That's why they are using unique methods during the hiring process. It allows them to see who has a stand out personality.

For the next week, applicants can go to the Dixie Roadhouse to interview between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Round two will begin next week.
