FORT MYERS, Fla.- Brian Casey talked for an hour in court about how he wants to represent himself in his upcoming murder trials.

And then he changed his mind and asked for a lawyer. And then, he flip-flopped once more.

It's been ten months of back and forth, and the murder victims' families sit through every word.

Deputies say Casey murdered 34 year-old Ryan Vanderson at his home as the father of one was selling him ad space in the Yellowpages.

His family is at every hearing, and are waiting for closure in the case.

But his trial date has still not been set because Casey is filing motions and still deciding 10 months later how he wants to proceed.
