LEE COUNTY, Fla.- On Wednesday July 27, 2011, deputies responded to the Medicine Man Pharmacy located at 904 Lee Boulevard in reference to a person attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription for Oxycodone. 

The investigation revealed that Dodina Toa, 27, used a fake Florida driver’s license to obtain a prescription for Oxycodone from a Lee County doctor. He then attempted to fill the prescription at the Medicine Man Pharmacy. When Toa was questioned about his fake Florida driver’s license, he produced a California ID card for identification purposes. Toa was in the company of three other individuals.

One of his companions admitted to seeing numerous doctors in the Lee County area to obtain prescription narcotics. Further investigation revealed three of the four companions have violent criminal histories including arrests for Robbery with a Firearm, Home Invasion Robbery, Kidnapping and Making Terrorist Threats. All four were arrested on various charges and booked into the Lee County Jail.

Dodina Iueli Toa, 27, 2146 SW 3rd Avenue, Cape Coral, was arrested for Attempting  to Obtain a Prescription by Fraud and Use of a fictitious Driver’s License. Toa has prior arrests in Hawaii for Robbery and Kidnapping.

Steven M. Wong, 30, 2570 Greenland Street, North Port, was arrested for an out of county VOP warrant for Robbery with a Firearm.Wong has prior arrests in Hawaii for Making Terrorist Threats.  He also has prior Home Invasion Robbery charges in Charlotte County.

Ramon Gesualdo, 28, 919 Lucas Road, Fort Myers, was arrested on a warrant for Violation of DL Restrictions. Gesualdo has two  prior arrests in Lee County for Home Invasion Robberies.

Mario Araujo, 25, 9439 Westcreek Circle, North Fort Myers, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation for Possession of Marijuana less than 20gms. Araujo has prior misdemeanor arrests in Lee County.
