NAPLES, Fla.– The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County (BGCCC) is pleased to announce that
on Thursday July 28, 2011 world records will be broken. This is a special event for the members of the
BGCCC. The day will be kicked off with the world’s largest game of Twister, followed by other events
throughout the day.

The world’s largest game of Twister will be played by more than 575 children attending summer
camp at the BGCCC. This event will start promptly at 9:30 AM, with 125 individual boards spread out
across a field. Students will play in teams of four and the winner of each board will receive a certificate
commemorating the day.

But this is not the only event of the day. Members will be given other opportunities to break individual
records in different activities. These activities include: Standing long jump, free throw, jump rope, hula
hoop, push-ups, sit-ups, egg and wooden spoon, ping pong king, connect four, team foosball, chess
and checkers, paper airplanes , 25 meter swim, pool ring retrieval, and games from the NBC smash hit
show ‘Minute to Win it’.

The BGCCC is greatly looking forward to breaking records with our members and staff. Media interviews
