FORT MYERS, Fla - The United States Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force on Friday captured one of Crime Stoppers most wanted fugitives.

Yader Peralta-Rodriguez was wanted in Lee County for Aggravated Battery Upon A Pregnant Victim. The charges against Peralta-Rodriguez
stem from a fight he had with a former girlfriend in May of 2009.

Through this fugitive investigation it was learned that Peralta-Rodriguez was living at a residence on Maravilla Avenue in Fort Myers.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday,  members of the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force arrived at 2177 Maravilla Lane and arrested Peralta-Rodriguez without incident.
