COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Two Collier County teens were killed in a two-car accident and one other individual endured serious injuries early Monday morning in Immokalee, according to Florida Highway Patrol. 

Michael Jon Perez, 17, of Immokalee, was traveling westbound on Westclox Street when he attempted to pass the vehicle in front of him, driven by Beatriz Martinez, 22 also of Immokalee. Perez's vehicle struck the left rear of Martinez's vehicle. Perez's vehicle then spun out of control, overturned approximately two times and crashed into a mobile home with its right front bumper and headlight. Perez was ejected from the vehicle and sustained fatal injuries. 

Martinez's vehicle overturned and struck a barb wire fence. The vehicle overturned again and Martinez and passenger Amanda Alvardo, 17, of Immokalee, were ejected. Alvardo died as a result of her injuries. Martinez was transported to Naples Community Hospital and suffered serious injuries.
