LEE COUNTY, Fla - Students across Southwest Florida are joining hotlist groups on Facebook.

The group poses the question of who's hot and who's not with pictures and comments from fellow students. And while some nice things are said about students, many comments amount to what some would call bullying.

One student on Collier County's hotlist warned the tough criticism would end up on WINK News.

Similar groups were found for students at South Fort Myers and Estero High.

School districts say they can't take the pages and urge parents to keep an eye out for what groups their children join.

Medical experts warn victims are more likely to keep quiet about the bullying because they are being made fun of by people they may not even know.
