PORT CHARLOTTE, FL - Investigators say the boys broke into the concession stand at the Howard Avenue baseball fields. Several ransacked the place and stole candy and soda... but that wasnt all.

Charlotte county Sheriff's office PIO, Bob Carpenter says, “two of the boys came back later and  got more candy and more soda and also stole the cash register. What they didn’t realize is while it may be kids being kids to them, they are all now charged with two felonies a piece.

The grandfather of one of the kids says the charges are too stiff for the crime and the grandson was bullied into participating. All the teens have made their first appearence in front of a judge. They may learn their punishment as early as next week.
