TAMPA, Fla.- Investigators want to look at the Facebook postings, internet searches and emails sent by a Tampa mother who is accused of killing her two teenage children.
In a search warrant filed in Hillsborough County court Friday, detectives wrote that they want to seize five computers from Julie Schenecker's home.
The 50-year-old Schenecker is facing trial on two first-degree murder charges. Authorities say she shot and killed her two teenagers at the family's home at the end of January.
In the warrant, investigators said they want to determine whether Schenecker had posted anything online or written emails that would indicate violent activity or behavior patterns prior to the shootings.
Schenecker is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail without bail.
