MIAMI BEACH, Fla. - Aging survivors of the Nazi Holocaust intend to protest outside a Miami Beach political fundraiser this week featuring President Barack Obama to bring attention to their struggle for an estimated $20 billion in never-paid Jewish insurance policies.

Members of Holocaust Survivors' Foundation USA said Monday they want Obama and Florida's Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson to push legislation that would force European insurance companies to disclose lists of pre-World War II policies. They also want the right to sue the insurers in U.S. courts.

The group will demonstrate Friday outside the Democratic Party event.

Survivors' attorney Sam Dubbin says only about 3 percent of the pre-World War II policies held by Jews has been paid.
