COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. - A Collier County teen accused of shooting and killing his parents in December was back inside a courtroom Monday. Fourteen year old Alex Crain is undergoing psychological evaluations so the state can decide if they charge him if it will be as an adult or a juvenile.

Crain's attorney, Brian Bieber, tells WINK News the teen has been under going three different evaluations for the last three weeks. He couldn't go into specifics because Crain is disclosing to doctors everything about the day he allegedly killed his parents.

Bieber says emotionally Crain may respond differently than an adult which makes the process to determine how he will be charged a difficult one.

Crain is set to be arraigned on February 28th.
