CHARLOTTE COUNTY- Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics detectives, assisted by the Street Crimes Unit, arrested three women and a man Wednesday at 6:50 p.m. following an undercover purchase for narcotics. The drug buy for Oxycodone and Alprazolam pills took place in a parking lot at 5855 Placida Road after the four met with an undercover person to exchange drugs for money.
After the deal was completed, deputies and detectives moved in and arrested the driver and three occupants in a white Ford Mustang. Arrested were the driver, Larkin Nicole Interval, 28, 40 Annapolis Land, Rotonda West; and passengers Joan Agness Bothchis, 62, 48 Annapolis Lane, Rotonda West; Lee Russell Galloway, 27, 2473 Newbury St., Port Charlotte, and Rachelle Rose Scribner, 25, 21522 Beaverton Ave., Port Charlotte.
Detectives found additional Oxycodone and Alprazolam pills in the car and various drug paraphernalia. They also seized $534 in cash. All four were charged with Sale and Delivery of Oxycodone, Sale and Delivery of Alprazolam, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Interval was additionally charged with Possession of Oxycodone; Scribner and Galloway with Possession of Opiates; Bothchis and Galloway for Possession of Alprazolam. All four were taken to the Charlotte County Jail; bond on Galloway was set at $16,000 and the others at $13,500; none have posted bond at this time. Interval has been booked 16 times into the County Jail and is a convicted felon.
