FORT MYERS, Fla.- Four teens from North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts are in trouble, accused of threatening the life of a fellow student.
The threats came after they mistakenly believed a student at their school ratted on their front who brought a gun to school.
Each teen, ranging in ages from 13 to 14, appeared wih their parents in front of a judge.
We are not naming the teens to protect their identities, because of their ages.
The judge ordered three of them under house arrest for the next three weeks.
One smirked at the judge, so he sent her to juvenile detention for three weeks instead of home.
All four have arraignment dates in February.
