FORT MYERS, FL- Rebecca Allen says, "They came, put handcuffs on me and said I did a 911 misuse call."
The 30 year old Rebecca Allen admits she called 911 yesterday morning, but says it wasn't for what she's accused of.
Deputies say, they got a 911 call reporting a child abduction.
They say the caller pleaded with dispatch saying, "We need an officer here at 4008 Orange River Loop. A child is being abducted.
Reporter Sarah Pusateri says, "Deputies say they were able to trace the 911 call to Oak Hammock Middle School where Allen was pulled over on the side of the road. By then she says, the situation had already gotten out of control."
Allen was in the car with her husband Presley Gutierrez and her 13 year old daughter.
"He pulled us over, it was rude, right where my kid would get embarrassed. Right at her school."
Allen admitted she had made the call, but says she was misunderstood.
"It wasn't supposed to be abduction for a child, it was obstruction."
What is child obstruction? Allen explains it was the deputy that pulled her over.
"I wanted to take her to class. Were at her school grounds, I wanted to take her to class."
She says her call to 911 was to get another deputy on scene.
Allen says she's had problems with the deputy that pulled her over in the past so much so that the report says Gutierrez actually said "not you again." when they were pulled over.
Reporter Sarah Pusateri asks, "They're under the impression that you called to get out of a traffic stop?
Allen replies, " No, there are too many cops out there."
Allen was arrested for misusing 911.
Gutierrez was arrested for driving with a suspended license. It's been that way for 11 years.
