PORT CHARLOTTE- Charlotte County Sheriff’s Narcotics detectives, assisted by the Street Crimes Unit, raided a Port Charlotte home at 7:05 a.m. this morning and made three arrests at 484 Barger Dr., Unit-A. Arrested were Joseph C. Mullins, 25; Inna S. Osipov, 23; and John M. Broadley, 26, who live at the raided home. The search warrant was issued after Narcotics detectives made two previous drug buys from Mullins on Jan. 11 and 12 and subsequent investigations.
A search of the home found quantities of Methadone, Trazadone, and Oxycodone pills, several pieces of drug paraphernalia including glass smoking pipes with residue, rolling papers and a digital scale.
All three were arrested and transported to the Charlotte County Jail. Mullins was charged with Sale and Delivery of Oxycodone, Sale and Delivery of Marijuana, three counts of Possession of Oxycodone, two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of Probation. Mullins, a convicted felon, remains in jail without bond. Osipov was charged with two counts of Possession of Oxycodone and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Broadley was charged with Possession of Methadone, Possession of Trazadone, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Osipov and Broadley remain in jail on $4,000 bond.
