MIDWAY, Fla. (AP) - A pastor was kicked, beaten and robbed as he left his Seminole County church.

Authorities say 47-year-old Leonard Lee Wilson was confronted by two masked men as he walked to his vehicle parked outside St. Matthew's Missionary Baptist Church about 4:15 a.m. Wednesday. Wilson said he had stayed late to prepare for a meeting.

The men, one armed with a handgun, kicked and punched Wilson. Seminole County Sheriff's deputies say the robbers ordered the pastor back inside the church where the beating continued.

The robbers took Wilson's wallet, keys, two laptop computers and a small cash box.

Wilson was treated by paramedics.
