ENGLEWOOD,Fla-The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office has released the probable cause report on the Englewood murder investigation.
According to the report, James Besaw, 33, confessed to killing Jeff Mazur, 64.
Deputies say the two knew each other from business dealings.
The sheriff's office tells WINK News Besaw and Mazur got into an argument over silver coins.
The report says Besaw went to Antique Plus to ask Mazur for the coins he had sold him.
However, they weren't available and Besaw got upset.
Investigators tell us when Besaw returned to the store, he had a hammer with him.
Besaw hit Mazur on the head three times with the hammer, according to the report.
Mazur was taken off life support on Friday.
