CHARLOTTE COUNTY-- The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office continues its intensive investigation today into the severe injury to the owner of Antiques + (plus) in the Englewood East area Wednesday. The owner was severely injured and remains in Lee Memorial Hospital Intensive Care.

This afternoon, CCSO Major Crimes Unit detectives released two photos of a person who was captured on video at a local business. Detectives seek to identify this man and want to speak to the subject who may have information that could help further this investigation.

This morning, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers offered a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who brutally attacked the owner Jeffrey Mazur, 64, 1125 Larchmont Dr., Englewood (Sarasota County side of the unincorporated community). Mazur was found inside his store on the floor in a pool of blood at 3502 (Unit-8) North Access Road. The store is in the Gallery Plaza between the Tringali Community Center and Lemon Bay Drugs by S.R. 776 at Spinaker Blvd.
