FORT MYERS, Fla.-A lot of things can kick you off the workout bandwagon whether it's the holidays or an injury. Mike Drumm has some tips to get back on track. First, make working out a social engagement as well. Meet up with friends to work out or join a group workout class. You could also schedule it into your day during lunch time or before work so you have fewer excuses to skip. Some people tell Mike they will go out and buy a new workout outfit so that will motivate them to go to the gym. Others will take unflattering pictures of themselves and put it on the fridge to remind them of what they don't want to look like. It's okay to take a break every now and then but it's important to get back on the bandwagon and reach your fitness goals.
