FORT MYERS, Fla.- Lawrence Rasnick once made Southwest Florida's Most Wanted list.

But now he's out of jail. That's because the Lee County State Attorney's Office says there isn't any physical or forensic evidence to link him to the murder of Larrick Sikes.

Two other men are charged in the crime.

The Sheriff's Office will continue to investigate Rasnick. Legally without formal charges, he had to be released within a month of his arrest date.
